SPSS is a registered trust from Mumbai formed by like-minded individuals in May 2008 for the benefit of Community & Society at large.It has obtained 80G exemption towards donations received.
Focus Object of the TRUST
To Construct ANAND GHAR (Old Age Home) at Kolambe, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India
Shri. Pramod Lele, Shri. Amrut Phanse, Shri. Santosh Nene & Shri. Santosh Phanse have donated N.A. Land measuring approx. 35000 sq. ft. by way of Registered Gift Deed in favour of Shree Parshuram Seva Sangh, Mumbai (having market value of approx. Rs. 75 Lakhs) to construct the said Anandghar Buildings. Well Known Reputed Architect Mrs. Sumedha Gore, from Dadar, Mumbai has designed the beautiful layout of the Anand Ghar.
The Complete Project shall be executed in 3 phases. Total construction would be around 35000 sq.ft. amounting to Rs. 6.5 to 7 Cr. As on date, total donation collected is around Rs. 180 Lakhs.
